This level entails the process server making the first delivery attempt within 3-7 business days after receiving the documents First attempts are usually made within the first 48 hours of receiving the papers. Routine service typically takes 10 calendar days or less. This includes Proof of Service Documents and Signed and Notarized Affidavits. Proof of Service Documents and Invoices usually sent by email the same evening after service is completed.

+$25.00 Per Service

Under this level, the process server prioritizes speed and makes the first attempt within 24-48 hours of receiving the documents, 3 attempts made altogether, all within 3 business days. Attempts will be made during morning, afternoon and evening hours.

+25.00 per additional person served at same address at same time of initial service.

Routine Service

Regardless of the chosen service level, the process server makes up to three attempts at different times of the day (morning, afternoon, and evening) to maximize the chances of successful delivery.

All services will be by personal service on the first and second attempts.

Per Wisconsin Guidelines on the third service attempt, after exercising reasonable diligence in effecting personal service and if personal service cannot be made, most papers will be served by substitute service unless otherwise directed or prohibited by document classification. These services will be completed as outlined under Wis. Stat. § 801.10(1)(b)
